WP 1 is concerned with the External Domain of the Food Environments. It delivers a comprehensive analysis of the availability and the different sources of nutritious food, which includes:

• the evaluation of production diversity;
• analysis of different food sources – market-based, own production, wild harvest foods (including fish and hunted meat), and food transfers (gifts, food aid), and
• the analysis of prices and an assessment of markets (vendor and product properties).
